Images taken from Bed in at The Bluecoat- 2010

I began making short films about ten years ago when I was in college and since then have made films across several genres from music videos to horror. I am inspired by French film makers such as Jean-Pierre Jeunet and Francois Truffaut and like more surreal or avant garde styles. I have recently come back to film making after a break and am working on a couple of new projects.

Recently I filmed and edited Re-View Textiles and my company, Beat City Images collaborative day at the Bed-In at the Bluecoat. We created a wall hanging of people's dreams of peace and the short film I made captured the feeling and enjoyment that everyone involved experienced on the day.

My current project is an arts documentary based in Liverpool and I also run Beat City Images with Emma Gilmour
